DualCamRec (the "App") is operated by Eugenio Keller Puente (freelancer, Spain). I value your privacy and designed this App to minimize data collection. This Privacy Policy explains what data is handled, how it is used, where it is stored, and your rights under applicable laws (including GDPR).

2. What DualCamRec Does

DualCamRec lets you record video using both the front and back cameras of your iPhone simultaneously. It offers multiple recording modes including picture-in-picture (PiP), horizontal and vertical split views, and single-camera modes. Recorded videos are saved directly to your Photos Library.

3. What Information the App Handles

DualCamRec does not require an account or login. The App is designed to work offline and keeps all your content on your device.

• Camera & Microphone (On-Device Capture): With your permission, the App accesses your front and back cameras and microphone to record video with audio. All recording and compositing happens locally on your device. The App does not upload your videos or audio anywhere.
• Photos Library (Save Only): With your permission, the App saves recorded videos to your Photos Library. The App does not read or access existing photos or videos in your library.
• Local App Data: The App stores local settings and preferences (e.g., language, resolution, stabilization mode, and premium purchase status). This information is stored locally on your device.

The App does not collect or store your name, email address, contacts, location data, advertising identifiers, or your video/photo content.

4. Permissions

DualCamRec requests the following permissions:

• Camera (Required): Required to capture video from the front and back cameras simultaneously. Video is processed and composed locally on your device.
• Microphone (Required): Required to record audio alongside video. Audio remains on your device.
• Photos Library — Add Only (Required): Required to save recorded videos to your Photos Library. The App only writes to your library; it does not read or browse existing content.

The App does not request access to Contacts, Location, Calendar, Notifications, or background processing.

5. Analytics & Tracking

DualCamRec does not include any analytics, tracking, or telemetry. The App does not send any data to external servers. There are no third-party analytics SDKs in the App.

6. Purchases & Payments

DualCamRec is free to download with basic camera modes. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks all premium modes (dual PiP, split views) and removes watermarks. Purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Prices may vary by country, and refunds are handled solely through Apple: Apple Support.

The App supports Restore Purchases using Apple's systems.

7. Storage & Security

• On-Device: Your videos are saved to your Photos Library. DualCamRec does not upload videos or audio.
• Local App Storage: Preferences and settings are stored locally on your device.
• Security: Security of your data relies on Apple's platform standards for iOS.
• Deletion: You can delete saved videos from your Photos Library at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all local settings.

8. Children & Age

DualCamRec is intended for adults. The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Since the App does not require accounts and keeps all content on-device, users remain in control of their own data.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Because DualCamRec does not store your content on servers and keeps all information on-device, you can manage data directly by deleting videos from your Photos Library or uninstalling the App.

10. Cookies & Website

The App does not use cookies. The DualCamRec product page (link) does not set tracking or analytics cookies.

I may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features or legal requirements. The "Effective Date" above will always show the latest version.
