Terms and Conditions for OrbitSelf

Welcome to OrbitSelf! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the OrbitSelf mobile app (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What OrbitSelf Is — and Is Not

OrbitSelf is a personal wellbeing tool to organise what you feel about the people in your life and to reflect on it.
It is not therapy, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a professional. It does not diagnose anything.
The ideas it shows are generated by artificial intelligence. They are suggestions to think about, may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation, and you decide what to do with them. You are responsible for your own decisions.
When what you share involves violence, self-harm, health, legal or serious financial issues, the App will not suggest steps and will point you to professional help.

3. Emergencies

OrbitSelf is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number immediately (in the EU, 112; in Spain, 024 for suicide prevention). Elsewhere: findahelpline.com.

4. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

5. License to Use the App

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it, or use its AI features in an automated way or to generate content for third parties. All designs, graphics and code remain the property of the developer.

6. Free Trial, Purchase and Fair Use

Free trial: the App includes 20 free AI ideas. Reinstalling the App does not restart the trial.
OrbitSelf Full (one-time purchase): unlocks the AI features for as long as the App is available, without subscription. It can be restored on your devices with “Restore purchase”.
Fair use: to keep the service sustainable, AI features have a daily limit per user (currently 30 ideas every 24 hours). The limit may be adjusted to prevent abuse.
The AI depends on third-party services and an internet connection. I will do my best to keep it running, but I cannot guarantee it will always be available.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices may vary by region. Refunds are handled solely under Apple’s policy: Apple Support.

7. Your Content

What you write, say or add in the App is yours. You are responsible for it, including information about other people: please use it only for your own reflection. It is stored on your devices and, if enabled, in your iCloud account.

8. Privacy & Data

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand what the App handles and where.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for decisions you take based on the App's content, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

10. Changes & Termination

I may update these Terms or the App. The “Last Updated” date shows the latest version. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.
