Terms and Conditions for SnapInvoicer

Welcome to SnapInvoicer! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapInvoicer macOS application. By downloading and using SnapInvoicer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License and Use of the App

Personal Use: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use SnapInvoicer for personal or professional invoicing purposes.

Restrictions: You may not:

Modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Resell or redistribute the app without explicit permission.

3. Purchase and Refunds

SnapInvoicer is available for a one-time purchase on the Mac App Store.
Pricing may vary depending on your country due to Apple’s regional pricing policies.
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy: Apple Support.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

SnapInvoicer does not collect any personal data. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage and Cloud Syncing

All invoice-related data is stored locally on your device.
Users can enable iCloud syncing (upcoming feature) to sync data across Apple devices.
Backups can be manually created and restored without relying on external servers.

6. Currency Exchange Rates

The App connects to www.snapinvoicer.com to download a JSON file with currency exchange rates from the European Central Bank.

No personal or invoice data is transmitted during this process.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.
I do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all macOS versions.
I am not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

9. Termination

I reserve the right to remove or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
If you violate these Terms, your access to the app may be revoked.

10. Legal Compliance

SnapInvoicer complies with European data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Minimum Age of Use

SnapInvoicer is designed for users aged 17 and above.
